Hi,
I have try to figure out what the minimum permissions level a user need to have 
in Windows to be able to run DSMADMC.EXE (Version 6.2.1.3 64-bits).

I have set the TSM Admins to have Read/Write and Modify access to
C:\Program Files\Tivoli\*
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Tivoli\*
C:\Program Files\IBM\*

But when I start DSMADMC.EXE it just jump to a new line and nothing happening.
My next step are to run REGMON and FILEMON to solve the problem, but I was hope 
to find a quicker way to solve it though adsm.org.
