Hello Gregory,
We met the same problem.
The only workaround we found is that both "Exchange Domain Servers" "Exchange Organization
Administrators" "Exchange Public Folder Administrators" and " Exchange Service" have full
access on the mailbox.
where exactly on the mailbox server did you set these permissions? Did I
understand you right that this works without having to install the CAS
role on the mailbox server?
