I noticed the dsmc file still shows zero (0) bytes .  I believe this has
something to do with my issue is there any way this file can be recreated?

f.y.i - even when I just type in dsmc on the client to get the the TSM>
prompt it won't do that it just returns no action

Does anyone know why the follow command do not seem to work? It does
nothing but return back to the command line? has anyone ever had this
issue

f.y.i - these are unix servers and I trying to restore a directore from
one server to another
