On my Exch2010 server im using a combination of Windows Server backup and then
the TSM BA client to take the Windows backup files offsite.

As storage groups no longer exist in 2010 the TSM TDP will need to use VSS.

Hi Wanda,
I can't tell you to much about the TDP. But you need to wait long time for a
working TDP for Exchange 2010.
It is so much new in Exchange 2010 so it will take a time for IBM dev. team to
get the TDP working with everything.

My guess it that you need to wait until end of June 2010 until we will see a
good version of TDP for Exchange 2010.

Ämne: Support for Exchange 2010?

The online page for TDP for Exchange says it supports "Exchange 2003 and
higher" for 32bit Windows, but "Exchange 2007" for 64bit Windows.

What does that mean, if anything, for Exchange 2010 support? Exchange 2010
just became GA in Nov.
Does the current TDP work, sorta work, run at your own risk, wait 90 days?
