[ADSM-L] configuring TS3200 tape for TSM

I am try to change our tape library to a TS3200.
The information for the config is as below
The library is showing two smc

I am getting the following errors when backup is initiated from a client and
also when migration is started

12/07/09 01:00:13 ANR0535W Transaction failed for session 260 for node

points
available to satisfy the request. (SESSION: 260)
12/07/09 01:57:44 ANR1134E Migration is ended for storage pool STGP_DISK.
There is an insufficient number of mount points
available
for removable media. (PROCESS: 14)
kindly help with suggestion on what is wrong here
