Problevm solved. We uninstall all, what we can. TSM, IBMtape, IBMsdd, lpfc 
6.00g. After reboot we install lpfc 6.01f. After next reboot we install IBMtape 
and TSM. All work!!!! Tomorrow engineer must install and configure IBMsdd

        See my notes about Solaris in entry "IBMTape (IBMtape)" in http://
        people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts, which might be what you are 
        running into - particularly as the tape label is the first thing 
        which the device driver is called upon to process, and so would be 
        the subject of the error. This tends to be a chronic problem in 
        Solaris, but not other platforms.
