Can I create a Node Archive from a full-increment (full backup) in my backup diskpool? <<re-post <<

I did not receive an answer for this the first time I sent it 2 days ago
.
Has anyone had experience in this with making a node archive from the
first full-backup in a primary diskpool?

We have a remote NT4 server client that we have take a spare W2K TSM
server to physically to make the first backup, as we are not sure its WAN
connection bandwidth is sufficient for this first backup..
I have made its first Backup (which is a full backup) into a diskpool.
I have also configured the client for compression and subfile backup.
My question is:
When we get this spare TSM server back to HQ, can I now make an archive of
the client from the backup in the diskpool?
If so, what steps are needed?
TIA.
