Thanks Del, I'll set compression to no and see how it runs tonight.

Could the other error I am seeing in the sqlsched.log means the same thing
or be related?

This is it:
Executing Operating System command or script:
   C:\commands\SQL.cmd
02/10/2003 03:01:53 Finished command.  Return code is: 402
02/10/2003 03:01:53 ANS1909E The scheduled command failed.
02/10/2003 03:01:53 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'SQL_SCHED' failed.  Return
code = 402.

Where can I find the specific meaning for the return codes?
