Hmm. Quite an interesting system you have there!
I'm a little bit out of suggestions here. You could check the Win2K Event
Viewer, maybe you can find any reason why Windows stops the service.
Maybe you really have a memory problem on your system (because of another
piece of software with memory leakage?). Have you started the Task Manager
to see how much memory is in use/available?
It's rather easy to obtain a Tivoli Support userid. You just have to know
your company's IBM or Tivoli Customer Number and fill the form on
http://www.tivoli.com/support/custreg/custreg.html. That's it! You will
receive your userid probably somewhere today.
The Tivoli support database doesn't help you with this problem though...
