Yes, if you do a q db f=d, the value for buffer pool pages will tell you
what your current bufpoolsize is.  Multiply by the page size, 4096, and
then divide by 1024 and that should give you your bufpoolsize.

The selftunebufpoolsize only adjust the buffer pool size when you do an
expire inventory.
