Could it have do to with this one:
IX82055: ORACLE AGENT ON AIX PASSWORD UTILITY DOESN'T WORK WITH PTF5 API.
ORIGINATING DETAILS:
The password utility for aix oracle agent, aobpswd, doesn't work
with ADSM API ptf5. When aobpswd is executed, it exits right
away back to the shell without doing anything.
LOCAL FIX AS REPORTED BY ORIGINATOR:
Backlevel the API to ptf3.
RESPONDER SUMMARY:
