Buh-lieve me, you are not alone.
On one hand, IBM prioritizes their fixes by whether there's a workaround or
not. Or if its even a bug at all. And then on the volume of calls handled
for a particular issue. Then by the schedule of fixes for releases. To a
certain degree this makes sense, but this is IBM. Many lines in the sand,
many seas to cross. :-)
