Subject: BU part of an Novell NDS Tree
I would like to backup simply one sub tree of an complete NDS
tree.
The tree looks like:
ims-int
ims-int.xs additional sub trees
ims-int.xe additional sub trees
ims-int.xn additional sub trees
ims-int.xw.at additional sub trees
... additional sub trees
ims-int.xw.de. additional sub trees
ims-int.xw.de.DATA. additional sub trees
... additional sub trees
ims-int.xw.de.gmbh. additional sub trees
ims-int.xw.de.gmbh.bume sub tree to backup
The Novell user to backup the part of the NDS is located in
ims-int.xw.de.gmbh.bume and has full access to that sub tree but nowhere else.
Question: How needs the include and excludes statements to be
defined so that the container ims-int.xw.de.gmbh.bume will be backed up?
It did not work with:
>> You must code the following statements to include only the
objects in the
>> .o=adsm.ou=tucson branch of the NDS:
>> exclude dir:.o=adsm
>> include dir:.o=adsm.ou=tucson.*
exclude dir:.o=ims-int
include
dir:.o=ims-int.ou=xw.ou=de.ou=gmbh.ou=bume.*
Thanks and Regards,
Peter
