HELP ! Performance Problem

Hi
I send again this message (due to no answer)
I have a lot of problems to backup (incremental
procedure)a Novell server (150 Go, 1,5 Million of
files).
ADSM server NT4SP4: 3.1.2.20 (Compaq Proliant 3000,
2CPU 450Mhz, 640Mo).
Novell 4.11 ADSM Client Version 3.1.0.7
A selective backup woks fine (Aggregate transfert
rate: 2Mo/s).I tuned the server and the client and
there was no amelioration.
I activated a client detail trace
(-traceflags=instr_client_detail ) during an
incremental backup of only 1 directory (44 files; 1,38
Mo)and the trace information is:

The ADSM client is spending the bulk of its time
during the Client Cleanup process.
What is it doing ? (Server or client process)
Suggestion to solve this problem ?
