We worked around this problem by setting all the 'B' type tapes to
read-only. We eventually migrated all the data to new 'E' type tapes using
reclaims and a few moves. You can usually tell the 'B' tapes since they
start with a capacity of 10,000 MB, the 'E' ones start at 20,000 MB.
