I am attempting to checkin a Mammoth tape cleaning cartridge into an Exabyte
x200 library. Using the following command I get the ADSM error message
afterward.
checkin libv "library name lb0.0.0.5" Cleanerstatus=cleaner cleanings=2
search=yes, no and bulk "Ive tried all three"
When doing so it prompts "Please place cleaning tape into E/E port and issue
reply command"
After doing this I get the following message

Description=The source slot or drive was empty in an attempt to move a volume).
Refer to Appendix B in the 'Messages' manual for recommended action.
It does not even attempt to retrieve cleaning cartridge from E/E port.
Fyi I have also tried bypassing E/E port , plugging cartridge directly into slot
for cleaner, again with same error message. I talked with IBM/Tivoli support
, who is not sure why this is happening.
Any suggestions?
