Morning Clarence,
I did some reading on the web site for ADSM regarding the above mentioned
because we want to install the software again. We only test it the first
time for a short period. The request from our side is when somebody looses
their mailbox, in other words individual mailbox, we want to restore it
individually without affecting the Exchange server at all. Unfortunately,
ADSM software only allows a full restore of the Exchange server database to
a separate machine and then to select the individual mailbox required and
then to copy it to the original server. Can you please get some
clarification on this because we know of two products that can support the
individual mailbox restore function without needing a full database restore
and it is very strange to me that IBM did not develop the software in the
same matter. See the information from the web site attached.
