The NT scheduler can be run as a service...  i think it's the preferred
method for NT.

from your ADSM\BACLIENT dir type

DSMCUTIL INSTALL /NAME:"your adsm service name here (anything you want)"
/node:thenode /password:thepassword /autostart:yes

This will install the adsm scheduler service in the backgroud, and will run
when there are no users logged in.

You can also type DSMCUTIL HELP to get a complete list of arguments that you
can pass.
