Pat and Katja,

The Student Guide for our Introduction to ADSM course covers these topics
in
a step-by-step fashion.  By the end of the book, you have a reliable ADSM
server, including a list of all of the requisite manual and automated
day-to-day tasks.

We've spent the last year revising and refining the book, and most of our
students have been quite satisfied with the results.  We've never intended
to publish the guide for use without taking the class, but I'll look into
it
if you're interested.
