I am running ADSM server version 2 (version 3 coming tommorrow) and
     having difficulty running SQL Backtrack backups. All my other backups
     run fine. One of the server options is COMMOPENTIMEOUT and it is set
     to 20 seconds. Could this option be set to low and possibly causing
     the following error message:

     22:55:53  TcpOpen: Error: Connection refused
     22:55:53  sessOpen: Failure in communications open call. rc: -50
