This is not official IBM information, just the only way I can think of doing it.

BACK THIS FILE UP FIRST.

I don't know of any way to do it through ADSM, but you could edit the nodelock
file in the server directory and delete, or comment out the client licenses you
want to remove.  You probably need to halt your server.

Hi Phil!
AFAIK you have to issue the command:
REGister LICense [amount of licenses]
If you currently have 10 client licenses registered and you want to go to 5
licenses you just enter REG LIC 5.
