It seems that the reclamation processes are not working as they should,
after applying the patch IX74458.

ADSM now choses tapes to be reclaimed, based on the percent reclaimable,
as it should do.

The problem is that Percent Utilized varies from 0 to 100 for the
reclaimed tapes. This is probably due to the wrong algorythm used in the
patch: logical free spaces inside the aggregates do not get reclaimed.

Effect of this that some full cartridges get reclaimed, which gives more
work to ADSM and so on...

When will the definitiv patch be available?
