What does this mean? If a file has been migrated and is cached, if a
backup stg to the disk pool is performed, the file won't be backed up from
the disk pool but will require being backed up from the tape pool? This
doesn't seem to make sense since the easiest place to get the file is the
disk pool cached copy.
