We have been living with this kind of problem for several months, albeit we were
encountering it on the windows nt client. I had posted it here before but got no
reply to it. I have also reported to IBM and still have not gotten any 
resolution
or definitive answer as to what is the cause of the problem. The problem exists
on the old windows nt client and on the new 32-bit windows nt/95 client.
Maybe now that someone else seems to be having the same problem, IBM will have
more incentive to address it.
