I would like to see examples of "announcement" or "advertisement"
notices that shops use to notify users that ADSM services are
available.  Especially if there are charges for those services.  How
do you describe the services provided?  How do you describe all the
different retention periods for the backups in a way that's
comprehensible to the average user?  Do you make any attempt to
"guarantee" availability of the service or the backups?  If so, do you
make any attempt to worry about insuring against tape failures to meet
those guarantees?

Any and all comments or discussion would be greatly appreciated.
