I am somewhat confused on the issue of restores, The is the scenario:
                                                                                
                                   A
server customer had removed some files and wanted a number of
directories restored.  We were able to restore the directories by logging
on to the unix server and issuing the restore command to restore.

  I was wondering, although I know you can restore files from a  client
work station if they belong to you and  if they are authorized to do that,
whether as the administrator on the ADSM admin P.C. I can restore those
files using a  GUI?  I can't find any information that you can do this and
the icons on the GUI does not appear to allow this, so does that mean
you cannot restore files for the customer using GUI or using
Administrative commands from the MVS operating system?

                        Can you only restore by:
                        Client Workstation or logging on to server?
